• →Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met.
• →Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• →Implement and maintain robust safety protocols and quality control standards.

• →Develop and manage plant budgets, capital expenditures, and operational forecasts.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
