• →Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• →Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets, cost efficiencies, and quality standards.
• →Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• →Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and supply chain, to meet customer demands.
• →Manage plant budget, control expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving plant safety, quality, and productivity metrics
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
