• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, safety, and quality metrics.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce or supply chain.
