Plant Manager - Holland Area

• →Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• →Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets and cost efficiencies.
• →Manage and mentor a diverse team of supervisors and production personnel.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• →Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency and waste reduction.
• →Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
• →Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
• Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital expenditure planning

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with a modern CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Project management experience, particularly with capital improvement projects
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
