Plant Manager - Holt Area

• →Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards within a manufacturing environment
