Responsibilities

- →Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- →Manage and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- →Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- →Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials.
- →Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
- →Manage plant budget, controlling expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
- Proven track record of improving plant safety, quality, and productivity metrics
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Fluency in Spanish or other relevant second language
- Demonstrated experience in a multi-site or regional management role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
