Plant Manager - Mason Area

• →Oversee all daily plant operations for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• →Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and cost objectives.
• →Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• →Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a diverse team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Master's degree in a related field
• Project management certification (PMP)
