Plant Manager - Newaygo Area

We are partnering with organizations in Newaygo that are seeking Plant Managers. • →Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• →Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams and drive operational excellence
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce or customer base
• Experience implementing and managing automation technologies
