• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce.
