Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
- →Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems.
- →Collaborate with engineers and production teams to define control system requirements.
- →Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to PLC hardware and software.
- →Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PLC programs and control systems.
- →Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance personnel.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
- Experience with robotics integration (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA).
- Familiarity with SCADA/HMI development and integration (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware).
- Knowledge of industrial networking protocols beyond basic Ethernet (e.g., EtherCAT, PROFINET).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or C# for data acquisition or custom tool development.
- Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
