• →Operate and monitor manufacturing presses to produce parts according to specifications.
• →Perform setup and changeover procedures on presses for different production runs.
• →Conduct in-process quality checks and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• →Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• →Accurately complete production logs and quality control documentation.

• 3+ years experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for press adjustments and minor repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Experience with preventative maintenance on presses
• Forklift certification
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Experience operating multiple types of presses simultaneously
