• →Operate and monitor manufacturing presses for production.
• →Perform setup and changeover procedures for various press types.
• →Conduct in-process quality checks and make adjustments as needed.

• →Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses (e.g., stamping, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Experience with preventative maintenance on presses
• Familiarity with color matching and quality control tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
• Forklift certification
