• →Operate and monitor manufacturing presses to produce parts according to specifications.
• →Perform setup and changeover procedures for various presses, including tooling adjustments and material loading.
• →Conduct in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure product meets quality standards.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions and production issues.
• →Maintain accurate production records, including part counts, downtime, and scrap.
• →Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• 3+ years experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses (e.g., stamping, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor maintenance of press equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Experience with color matching and quality control tools (e.g., densitometers, spectrophotometers)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for complex machinery
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and machine interface operation
• Prior experience in a lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
