• →Perform routine setup and changeovers of presses according to production schedules.
• →Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues and process deviations.
• →Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to perform quality checks using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting press issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Experience with preventative maintenance on presses
• Forklift certification
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics
• Prior experience in a quality control role within manufacturing
