Press Operator / Setup - Wyoming Area

• →Operate and monitor manufacturing presses to produce parts according to specifications.
• →Perform setup and changeover procedures for various presses, including tooling adjustments.
• →Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools and make necessary adjustments.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• →Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
• →Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.

• Proven experience operating and setting up various printing presses (e.g., flexographic, offset, digital).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on press equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting job specifications, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality standards, including color matching and print registration.
• Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with preventative maintenance on printing presses
• Familiarity with color theory and quality control in printing
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues independently
• Certification in forklift operation
