Production Lead - Cadillac Area

We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Production Leads. • →Supervise daily production activities and personnel to ensure efficiency and quality.
• →Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to resolve production issues.
• →Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflows to meet deadlines.
• →Train and mentor production staff on new processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• →Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with automation technologies and robotics
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
