Production Lead - Manistee Area

We are partnering with organizations in Manistee that are seeking Production Leads. • →Oversee daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to effectively lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production operators.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards and safety protocols.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
