• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems for production tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor production staff.
• Certification in a relevant area (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, OSHA safety).
