Production Lead - Newaygo Area

We are partnering with organizations in Newaygo that are seeking Production Leads. • →Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel.
• →Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
• →Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production management software.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Ability to train and mentor junior production staff
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the workforce
