Production Lead - Rockford Area

• →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• →Train, mentor, and supervise production team members.
• →Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality control standards.
• →Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• →Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• →Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
• →Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to meet production targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate production teams.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production management software.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP).
• Ability to speak Spanish or other relevant languages.
