Production Lead - Wyoming Area

• →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• →Lead and mentor a team of production technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.
• →Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• →Monitor production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• →Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• →Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and supply chain, to optimize workflow.
• →Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team to achieve targets and maintain quality standards.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of an organization.

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
