Production Lead - Zeeland Area

• →Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• →Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members.
• →Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• →Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• →Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules and material flow.
• →Monitor production metrics and prepare reports on performance.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production management software.

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
