Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- →Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.
- →Manage and mentor production staff, including performance reviews and training.
- →Monitor production costs and implement strategies for cost reduction and waste minimization.
- →Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- →Collaborate with engineering and R&D for new product introduction and process improvements.
- →Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and meeting production targets.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with ERP systems implementation or optimization.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions).
