Production Manager - Ludington Area

• →Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• →Develop and implement production plans, including staffing, material allocation, and equipment utilization.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems (e.g., ERP, MRP).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
