Production Manager - Mason Area

• →Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• →Implement and monitor quality control programs to maintain product standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring quality.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
