Production Manager - Paw Paw Area

• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
• Proficiency in using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
