Production Manager - Wyoming Area

• →Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• →Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.
• →Monitor production performance and key metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• →Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production supervisors and staff.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• →Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and resolve issues.
• →Manage production budgets and control costs effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production management.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a production team.
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems for production planning and control.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
