Production Supervisor - Burton Area

We collaborate with manufacturing firms in the Burton area that seek skilled Production Supervisors. • →Track scrap, downtime, and labor hours and report results to management.
• →Coach operators on standard work and correct performance issues.
• →Complete shift handoff notes and production paperwork.

• Strong communication skills with hourly and salaried staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• to 5 years of production or line lead experience in manufacturing.
• Prior supervisory or team lead responsibility.
• Working knowledge of lean tools and standard work.
• Ability to read production schedules and basic quality data.

• Experience in automotive, food, or metal fabrication plants.
• Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing execution systems.
• Formal safety training such as OSHA 30.
• Six Sigma or lean certification.
• Associate or bachelor degree in business or operations.
