Production Supervisor - Cadillac Area

We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Production Supervisors. • →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• →Train, mentor, and evaluate production line personnel.
• →Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
• →Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• →Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• →Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• →Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and achieve production targets.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of production associates
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in safety protocols and quality control standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
• OSHA 30-hour certification
