Production Supervisor - Grand Rapids Area

• →Supervise, train, and mentor production line staff.
• →Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• →Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of production personnel.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
