Production Supervisor - Kalamazoo Area

• →Oversee daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
• →Supervise and train production line personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a production team
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures
• Proficient in using production management software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
• OSHA 30-hour certification
