Production Supervisor - Manistee Area

• Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• Forklift operator certification
