• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive production efficiency.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor production staff
• Familiarity with robotic or automated manufacturing processes
