Production Supervisor - Whitehall Area

We are partnering with organizations in Whitehall that are seeking Production Supervisors. • →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• →Supervise, train, and mentor production line personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
