Production Supervisor - Wyoming Area

• →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• →Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• →Train, coach, and evaluate production team members.
• →Schedule and allocate labor resources to meet production targets.
• →Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues.
• →Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
