Purchasing Manager - Byron Center Area

• →Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring departmental efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of cost reduction and supplier relationship management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and purchasing software
• ISM CPSM certification preferred

• Additional certifications or training
