Quality Inspector - Caledonia Area

• →Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• →Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product specifications.
• →Document inspection results accurately, including non-conformances and corrective actions.
• →Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials, initiating appropriate disposition procedures.
• →Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• →Conduct first-article inspections and in-process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• →Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality deviations.
• →Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment according to established schedules and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in quality inspection within manufacturing
• Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T
• Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)

• Additional certifications or training
