Quality Inspector - Fremont Area

• →Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products according to specifications and blueprints.
• →Document inspection results accurately, including non-conformances, and maintain detailed inspection records.
• →Utilize various precision measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs.
• →Identify and report quality defects and deviations from standards to production and engineering teams.
• →Conduct first-article inspections and in-process checks to ensure adherence to quality control plans.
• →Initiate and follow up on corrective actions for identified non-conformances.
• →Collaborate with production personnel to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schecharts, and technical documents
• Familiarity with various measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles
• Ability to perform visual inspections and identify defects

• Additional certifications or training
