Quality Inspector - Hudsonville Area

• →Perform visual inspections of products for defects.
• →Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications.
• →Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• →Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials.

• →Conduct in-process and final product inspections.
• →Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schecharts, and technical documents
• Familiarity with various measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., SPC, ISO 9001)
• Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and identify defects

• ASQ certification (e.g., CMI, CQI)
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in using statistical software for data analysis
• Familiarity with ERP systems for tracking quality data
