Quality Manager - Allendale Area

• →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• →Lead and manage internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 9001).
• →Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• →Manage supplier quality performance and incoming material inspections.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality.
• →Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• →Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification from ASQ.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes and procedures.
