Quality Manager - Cadillac Area

We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Quality Managers. • →Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• →Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and development.
• →Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance.

• →Manage and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQM/OE, CSSBB) highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
