Quality Manager - Charlotte Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Charlotte that are seeking skilled Quality Managers. • →Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• →Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing training and performance feedback.
• →Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• →Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• →Analyze quality data and identify root causes of defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• →Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and reduce scrap.
• →Manage customer complaints and non-conformance issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQM/OE, CSSBB, CQA).
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other quality improvement methodologies.
