Quality Manager - Coopersville Area

• →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• →Lead and manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• →Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and manufacturing processes.
• →Manage supplier quality performance and conduct supplier quality audits.
• →Ensure products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
• →Recruit, train, and mentor quality control and assurance personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems, including implementation and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing quality teams.
