Quality Manager - DeWitt Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in DeWitt that are seeking skilled Quality Managers. • →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• →Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• →Manage the internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance.
• →Oversee supplier quality management, including selection and performance monitoring.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product and process quality.
• →Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• →Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated expertise in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma).
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and procedures.
