Quality Manager - East Lansing Area

• →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• →Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• →Manage and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO, customer).
• →Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• →Train and mentor quality personnel and other staff on quality principles and procedures.
• →Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
• Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
