Quality Manager - Grand Rapids Area

• →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• →Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• →Oversee the inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• →Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• →Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and company policies.
• →Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and reduce defects.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, engineering, supply chain) to integrate quality into all stages of the product lifecycle.
