Quality Manager - Hart Area

• →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• →Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• →Oversee product inspection and testing processes, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• →Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• →Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• →Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, engineering, supply chain) to integrate quality into all stages of the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficient in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality processes and procedures.
