Quality Manager - Holt Area

• →Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• →Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
• →Oversee product quality throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods.
• →Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• →Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues.
• →Manage customer feedback and complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Demonstrated expertise in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and developing quality teams.
