Quality Manager - Kalamazoo Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Kalamazoo that are seeking skilled Quality Managers. • →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• →Lead and manage the quality assurance team.
• →Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQM/OE, CSSBB) highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven experience with quality system development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a quality team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
