Quality Manager - Paw Paw Area

We are partnering with organizations in Paw Paw that are seeking Quality Managers. • →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001.
• →Lead and manage internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• →Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• →Manage and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of quality awareness.
• →Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and report on quality metrics to senior management.
• →Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and developing quality teams.
